Well I'm just back from Kusadasi and I was staying at Dias hotel.
The hotel is really nice. It has everything what you need: clean rooms, friendly stuff, the pool (not very big, but ok). Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but the dinner is absolutly fantastic!
It's located in the Dzuma pazar street (friday market area), just few minutes drom the centrum. Many markets, restourants around.
The stuff of the hotel is amazing. One guy (Hylmi, not sure if I write it right, sorry) knows Serbian language so good, I was very suprised. The owner and the guys are really great, I will miss them.

Do you know the price of this hotel per night?

Hmmm....Dont know Croush, but if it helps, I paid for 9 nights, 10 days, 124 euros-half board. I think it's really ok price

hi just to say i have been friends with the owner and the staff of the dias hotel for around 8 years now and every year since then we have always gone back to the dias hotel it is everything you need. Allt he boys at the dias have always been friendly and over the years we still contact them nearly every week by text phon or email its like my second family and second home at the dias and i would recommend it to any 1. and if you look close at the pictures shown on the website i am in some of them. BIG THUMBS UP FOR DIAS AND CANT WAIT TO BE GOING BACK IN 2 WEEKS FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!!

there was this one guy in bar street who kept telling me something and i couldnt understand what he was saying until he repeated for the 10th time - Razumes?! haha

ive been to turkey twice now and both tımes ıve stayed at the dıas hotel and would not stay anywere else.It suppleys everythıng you need a clean bedroom and bathroom pool frıendly staff and not to far away from the town centre.The boys at the hotel cannot do enough to help you.Ive stayed for 3 weeks thıs tıme and ıts been fab ı just wısh ı could stay longer these are all lıke famıly to me at the hotel and maybe one day they wıll be well ıf yuo have any questıons dont hessıtate to ask ıll gladly help you out

i was stopping in the dias for 3 weeks came home on the 25th auguest and already counting down the days till i go back next year i would reccomend this hotel to anybody it is fab !!!!
