Hotel Golden Day - Kusadasi

I have just arrived back from a holiday in Kusadsi with my wife. It is the only holiday we have had, that we were looking forward to coming home.

The resort, to be fair, was very nice, but the hotel was something else.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room we were allocated was dirty and in need of repair. the 2 single beds were threadbare, and the carpets were dirty, the toilet was disgusting and the bath was also dirty and badly stained.
It was supposed to be an all inclusive holiday, so we didnt expect to spend as much as we did. the reasons were the food was terrible and always cold, with no choice, and the bar which was located by the pool, was a shambles. You certainly couldnt get drunk on the beer.

The hotel was classed as a 3 star hotel, and shouldn't have even been rated, it was that poor.

The only good thing about the hotel was the swimming pool, which was a good size and clean, although there was an accident with an 18 month old baby who had fallen over the edge of the childrens pool, and landed on the concrete below, not a very safety concious hotel.
the restaurant was located outside, and you had to share your meals with about 6 cats, that were always around (ok if you like cats).
The hotel Goldenday is not a place i would reccomend to my worst enemy.
