The Hotel Viva Prince Ada is located in Kustur area, 4 km far away from Kusadasi Centrum. I stayed there a few years ago and decided to come back in this hotel in July, as I couldn’t stay again in Tropicano Kustur, because of high prices.
The Prince Ada area is nice, close to Kustur beach and a few bars/discos and small shops. Kustur Beach is not the best, as it’s a little bit rocky and most of the restaurants and the Hammam are reserved for Tropicano costumers. :SMILE 3:
The hotel reception is wonderful, and the staff there is quite friendly. The restaurant is not so bad, and during high season the tables are situated close to the swimming-pool which is very nice. But I can tell you that its sometimes not very clean, that’s why I didn’t eat there a lot.
The rooms are big, with air-conditioned, hairdryer, etc… The only bad point is the shower, which is too small : when you decide to take a good shower, don’t be scared, if when you go away, you’ll find water every where in the bathroom. I always had to put towels on the floor, because there was a torrent everyday! :sofunny:
There is an animation team, with french, turkish and english entertainers. They’re nice, but as it’s a small hotel, its quite soft.
The swimming-pool is cool but you have to wake up very early in the morning for finding a long chair. There are maybe 50 long chairs for a 100-rooms hotel! :36_1_44:
About the bar, there is a bad point : only dutch costumers can buy all-inclusive from their country. The others are in half pension. And they have to pay immediately in euros or in turkish liras. So they must always have money in their bag. But the prices are quite normal : 1,5 € for a big Cola (more than 33 cl), its cheaper than in some other hotels! :SMILE 5:
Conclusion : this hotel is simple, 3 stars, really not the best in Kusadasi. But the prices are very nice : I paid less than 350 € for one week in july, and for september its about 290 €! And everybody is friendly there, whatever they’re costumers or from the staff!

I also stayed in htl Le Prince Ada from 04-14. August 2006. I was satisfied with accommodation, food and whole service. Concerning the rooms, I didn’t have problem with the shower, everything worked properly. You are right Croushy, some rooms have problem with the shower. Some people from my group complained about showers and Receptionist gave them another room.
Rooms are specious, clean and with nice furniture. All rooms have Sat-TV, mini bar, safe box (rental -10 EUR for 8 days), direct telephone line, Bath and WC, hairdryer, air-conditioned and with balcony. The maids leave a bottle of water every day.
I liked the food in the restaurant, because they offer a wide choice of food, so everyone can find what prefer most. Travel agencies form Serbia also offer half board service for this hotel, but there is possibility to pay at the reception to get full board. Dinner is the best, and they have very good cooks (particularly pie cook).
Entertainment is so so, every night is the same - karaoke. Karim is excellent entertainer, so funny and friendly to all guests. This year worked with him Kennedy (Nigerian boy) and Mumu ( he is form Morocco like Karim). I vote for Karim he knows how to make the atmosphere.
The swimming-pool is nice, but not very big. Anyway I prefer more to go the beach than stay at hotel’s pool. Kustur beach is clean and it’s not crowded like ladies beach. The bad points are waves, almost every day so I couldn’t swim. Those who like waves should visit Kustur, because they can be so big.
Staff in the hotel is excellent. They are all very friendly and nice. They like to have a chat with guest and very open to help you in anyway. They are the best value of this hotel. :pro:
I hope someone will find this information useful.

Wow he is THE Prince Ada Entertainer since AT LEAST 2002! About Kennedy, think he was there last year also. I remember, i thought he was from France, i started talking with him in French... The poor guy didnt get anything i said.

i went to Prince Ada 7 years ago. I notice they improve the decoration of the rooms.
Concerning the lack of long chairs, it was already a problem when i was there !!!!
oops i forgot : 290 € in September : it's with the fly ? if yes it's cheaper..

QUOTE(Croushy @ Aug 21 2006, 08:13 PM) Yes it was with the flight Cool price !! And dont worry, when i went there they didnt work with the company Elégance (if you know what i mean lol) Until yesterday i didn't know the company Elegance. I think they can close !!! For people like us who have friends in Turkey, stay 2 days more is good, but for all others i understand they are angry !! it's worst for those who are stayed in Paris. their holidays are ruined !!!!

I did know Elégance, but never book with them cause since they open (only 2 years), they have a bad reputation! I prefer 'sure' companies as Marmara, Thomas Cook etc... Prince Ada was the first trip i book with a discount company (Mediades via lastminute.com), and luckily i wasnt dispointed!
