Looking to come to kus in july 3 kids arriving in Izmir at 7pm can we get a taxi from the airport to kusadasi will it be safe and how much will i expect to pay for the journey. One single mum needs help urgantly fisrt holiday with the kids and i want them to enjoy it. Please let me know anyone thank you very much

Glasgow1.....I couldnt tell you the price, but I will reassure you, you and your kids will be perfectly safe, Turkish people are very nice and friendly, youll be treated like a queen and your kids spoke to very nicely...dont worry!!...taxi wont be too much though, although, a bus really would have been cheaper....maybe ask your hotel to order a taxi? you will get the proper rate also!!

I usually get a taxi from the airport to Kusadasi and it costs £35 for a large cab.
if you need a number I can forward to you, he speaks good english too, known him years.

Hey ya well brave my mum took me on hol with my 3 other siblings on her own once i was so proud of her!! go girls!! some women can't do things like this on their own but ur one of them with GIRL POWER!!
It should be farely safe, and there are taxi's waiting outside the airport though it is probably best to get the number from julie!! because if they work in the same way as we do over here the taxi's waiting outside the airport are probably more expensive!!

hiya is there no way that u can get on maybe one o f the coaches that are going to kusadasi im sure they would let you for like a price ? normally the coaches i be on arent always filled up ? were r u stayin u and the kids wil have a balll the beach is beautful so the kiddies will enjoy

Getting a taxi from airport to kus is perfectly safe. Lots of people do it because it can be slightly faster than getting the couch. Sometimes the couch stops half way too which can be a pain also.

The Turkish taxi are all ready and waiting at the airport for a job and are more than willing to take you to where ever it is you are staying. The only advice i would give is that you ask the driver how much and agree the price before you set off.

It just avoids any confusion later on. Hope that advice is helpful to you.

you can pick up a taxi outside the airport but as said before arrange a price before leaving. If you like to pm me i worked there and could pass on a number of someone who did all our transfer for our customers if you like he is very reliable not sure of price now but last year it was around €40 each way. Hope this helps
